It's the everlasting Bagstopper from Knitty!
I used some old kitchen cotton that I got from my grandma's stash when she passed away. It's super, super stretchy. The straps are just webbing that I hand sewed on. I was too lazy to knit straps and too broke to buy the fancy ribbon that the pattern suggested. I like it a lot.
